Kiawah Island, SC March 5, 2013 - A new neighborhood, Voysey Garden, has debuted on Kiawah Island. Based on the New Urbanism movement, which promotes principles such as walkability and connectivity in neighborhoods, Voysey Garden is designed to be a walkable, pocket neighborhood that fosters a sense of community among its residents. The homes will be situated around a common garden with private gardens in the rear of each home.
