Grantham, New Hampshire (August 3, 2011) − The U.S. Green Building Council recently awarded Eastman’s South Cove Activity Center with GOLD LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. During the South Cove project approval process, the Community, through the Council and the Board of Directors, set an objective for the project to be LEED silver certified.
