GETTYSBURG, PA, March 6, 2025– Amblebrook at Gettysburg, a multi-award-winning, resort-style 55+ community, has been honored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), winning the Gold Award in the “55+ Community of the Year” category at The Nationals Awards Gala.
The Nationals Awards Gala took place in February during the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. The awards salute and honor the best in the building industry—including home builders, developers, associates, and consultants—for their determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance in the categories of outstanding residential real estate sales, marketing and design, individual achievement, and global excellence.
Amblebrook caught the NAHB judges’ eyes with its holistic approach to health and wellness, informed by meticulous consumer research that resulted in informed designs of spaces that exceed its residents’ needs and desires. A diverse panel of industry professionals from across the country determined the Silver Award winners from a field of more than 1,200 entries. Silver Award winners were then finalists for The Nationals Gold Awards.
