GETTYSBURG, PA, November 20, 2024 – Amblebrook at Gettysburg, a multi-award-winning, resort-style 55+ community, has announced that construction is underway for its next phase of residential development. Dubbed Highland, the new 259-home neighborhood located off Shrivers Corner Road is the third of five neighborhoods planned for Amblebrook. Lots are expected to be delivered in Q2 of 2025, with builders to be announced at a later date.

To date, 570 homes have been sold at Amblebrook—more than one quarter of the total homes planned to be built within the community.
