Freehold Communities today announced the unveiling of a new collection of single-family residences by Lennar at Miralon, the popular, sustainably designed “agrihood” community in Palm Springs. A Grand Opening Celebration is set for Saturday, September 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Visitors can tour Lennar models and the seven-acre amenity center, The Miralon Club, the recreational heart of the masterplan. Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and a menu of brunch finger foods will be served in the Mirabar within The Miralon Club.
Lennar is making its debut in Miralon with Vitality, a neighborhood of 93 homes on 50’ lots. The one- and two-story floorplans range from approximately 1,742 to 2,937 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to three- and one-half baths. Vitality is situated in a prime Miralon location, bordered by parks and acres of olive groves. Prices start in the $900,000s.
The single-level homes feature modern and low-maintenance layouts. Bedrooms are thoughtfully located to take advantage of open-concept floorplans that combine the kitchen with the living and dining areas. The luxurious owner’s suites are set in private areas with access to en-suite bathrooms and roomy walk-in closets.
For more space, Lennar offers two-story layouts at Vitality. Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms can be found off the foyers, leading to expansive open-concept floorplans. Luxurious owner’s suites are tucked into private corners at the back of the home. Additional bedrooms and versatile bonus rooms are on the second level.
“Vitality by Lennar adds even more diversity to the eclectic mix of homes at Miralon,” said Brad Shuckhart, Freehold Communities, California Division President. “Lennar is one of the largest and most respected homebuilders in the nation and we are thrilled to welcome its team to our community.”
Freehold Communities is the developer of Miralon, one of the largest new “agrihoods” in the U.S. The masterplan will include 1,150 Modernist-inspired residences to harmonize with Palm Springs’ architectural heritage. A highlight of Miralon’s 309 acres is its conversion of a previously constructed 18-hole golf course into the working olive groves, U-pick gardens and walking trails. The Miralon Club is a private facility with two pools, a hot tub, a full-service bar, demonstration kitchen, yoga and fitness studio and Wi-Fi Café. Together, these amenities fulfill Freehold’s Vital Communities® approach toward healthy living and social engagement.
