GETTYSBURG, PA, January 19, 2024 – Amblebrook at Gettysburg, an award-winning 55+ community, has announced a partnership with Gettysburg Bus Tours, Inc. that will greatly expand transportation options for Amblebrook residents. Gettysburg Bus Tours will now offer Amblebrook residents shuttle services to downtown Gettysburg for shopping, dining, and grocery; local day trips to anywhere from Washington D.C. to Philadelphia and overnight trips beyond; and historic tours of Gettysburg. All ticketing and travel arrangements will be coordinated by Amblebrook.
The mutually beneficial partnership was launched last week with an announcement and happy hour event at Amblebrook that educated Amblebrook residents about the new onsite and offsite transportation options available to them from Gettysburg Bus Tours.

As a part of this new partnership, Gettysburg Bus Tours is expanding its historical tour offerings for the public to include a specialty tour of the Battle of Hunterstown, which will now include Amblebrook as a historic stop. The History of Hunterstown Bus Tour will make stops at Amblebrook’s History of Hunterstown Wall, Battle of Hunterstown painting, and future onsite monument.
