Cheryl brings vital experience from a career in education and administration with a focus on service leadership and building relationships. As a resident at The Cliffs at Glassy, she possesses unique insight into life at these exceptional communities, having served on the boards of the Glassy Homeowners Association and The Glassy Ladies Golf Association. Cheryl is especially proud of working with Cliffs Residents Outreach (CRO) supporting local schools in Tigerville and with their annual Flamingo Flirt Charity event which supports cancer research at Prisma Health Greenville.
Having lived and worked in the local community, Cheryl’s insider’s perspective on life at The Cliffs has committed her to raising the bar when it comes to personalized service and innovative marketing. She is excited to join the Cliffs Realty team, work with clients to identify and address their specific needs and help them discover the unrivaled lifestyle The Cliffs’ Mountain Region has to offer.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Cheryl and her husband, Patrick, have lived all over the world with their two children, Ryan, and Laura, which took them from Texas and California, to Germany, and Morocco. With an eye on transitioning to retirement, Patrick and Cheryl bought a home in The Cliffs in 2018 while still working and living in Austin and Houston. They fell in love immediately and sold their places in Texas and moved “all in” to The Cliffs.
When not practicing real estate, Cheryl enjoys golfing, traveling, and discovering new restaurants in the Upstate area. As a member of The Cliffs Realty team, she looks forward to working with clients and showing them the great possibilities of what a move to The Cliffs can bring.
