WESLEY CHAPEL, N.C. — Kolter Homes recently welcomed Josh Donovan as Community Director at Cresswind Wesley Chapel, its newest active adult Cresswind community in the greater Charlotte area. With nearly 20 years of experience, Donovan oversees the community’s development, sales and homebuilding.
Experienced in new home sales for a national home builder, Donovan has a demonstrated history of working in the residential real estate industry for the past 16 years. His professional skills include project management, team leadership and sales and marketing management, sales training and development.
“Josh is the perfect person to lead our team at Cresswind Wesley Chapel,” Mike Mclendon, regional vice president of the Carolinas, said. “With his experience in both homebuilding operations and sales, we are excited to have him at the helm ahead of officially opening.”
Prior to joining Kolter Homes, Donovan started at D.R. Horton as a salesperson and division trainer for the Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia divisions. Over the years, he was promoted to sales and marketing manager for the Charleston area before his latest position as the Charleston division operations manager, one of the top markets for the national home builder.
Donovan attended Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and is a member of the FAU Rugby Alumni Association. He began his career in finance as a mortgage loan officer in Florida before transitioning to real estate.
