This is the fourth consecutive year that Ave Maria has won the award for the under $500,000 Category. The independent panel of judges for Community of the Year ranked Collier County communities on various criteria including quality of the design for the overall amenity package, recreation provided (including clubhouse, golf and tennis facilities and pool areas) and outdoor use amenities (such as paths, gazebos, sculptures, etc. that add to the quality of the community).
