On November 14, the homebuilder held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the elegant new facility, dubbed the Resort. The amenity center mimics the architectural style of the homes throughout the community and also incorporates an archetypical Bermuda-style flair.

The Resort includes a 2,283-square-foot clubhouse with restroom facilities, clubroom and café, which features a full-service kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, pantry, oven and sink for its residents to use. A luxurious spa and 3,302-square-foot pool area offers a lounge area with chairs and tables and a shaded tiki hut.
“I am confident that the new amenity will further encourage and facilitate the socialization of our many residents in our rapidly growing community,” said Ian Fetigan, the general manager of Boca Royale Golf & Country Club. “We will be integrating many other services and features at this resort-style pool gradually. I fully expect that it will very quickly become another social hub of our community.”
Other amenities in the charming and well-established community include a state-of-the-art fitness facility and sports activities on site, including bocce ball, croquet, tennis and an 18-hole 72-par golf course.
