Brevard, NC (May 17, 2016) - Connestee Falls Property Owners Association (CFPOA) and several top area real estate brokers are teaming up for the Annual Spring Tour of Homes event to showcase 10 private residences and the clubhouse at the private gated community in the mountains just above Brevard, North Carolina.

The Spring Tour of Homes features open houses at 10 properties within the community priced from low $200s to high $700s offering visitors the chance to tour the private gated community and see a wide cross section of residences.

“It’s a great opportunity to experience our community during the peak of spring when everything is in bloom,” said CFPOA General Manager Jim Lorah.  “The tour winds through the community passing mountain vistas, several lakes, the golf course and other amenities along the route to 10 fantastic homes.”

The event is scheduled for Saturday, May21 from 12pm to 4pm as a self-guided tour with stops at the homes located throughout the community.  Visitors check in at the Connestee Falls Information Center on Highway 276 approximately six miles south of downtown Brevard. The information center is located just before the Connestee Fall main gate next to the magnificent Connestee Falls.  Gate passes and tour maps will be provided along with an overview of the expansive 3,900-acre master planned community.

The free event is open to the public and includes a stop at the 26,000 square foot Overlook Clubhouse where light refreshments will be served with resident ambassadors available to answer questions.

Connestee Falls is an approximately 3,900 acre gated master planned community with half the land set aside in conservation and nature areas with amenities including four lakes, championship golf, a clubhouse, parks and 14 miles of hiking trails. The community’s Welcome Center is located at 5500 Greenville Highway, Brevard, NC 28712.
