NAPLES, FL. (January 27, 2016) – Ave Maria has been named the #1 single-family community in the Naples-Ft Myers market for the fourth consecutive quarter, according to Metro Study, a HanleyWood company. The report, which ranks home starts and move-ins for the past 12 months, places Ave Maria at the top of both lists counting 316 home starts and 280 move-ins for the Naples-Ft. Myers markets over the past 12 months. The Naples-Ft. Myers markets are defined as Naples and Marco Island as well as Ft Myers and Cape Coral. In addition, all three of Ave Maria’s residential home builders ranked in the top ten, with CC Homes placing second, Pulte Homes following in seventh, and Del Webb in tenth  place, based upon annual closings.

Del Webb Naples offers single-family homes in their exclusive active adult neighborhood for residents 55 and better with prices from the low $200s. Pulte Homes builds single-family residences in Emerson Park, Hampton Village, and the newly unveiled Avalon Park, with prices from the high $100s. Twenty model homes are open daily in the town.
