Naples, FL (August 24, 2015) – Ave Maria Development announces over 200 new home sales so far in 2015 from its three builders—CC Homes, Del Webb, and Pulte Homes. This reflects a more than 30% increase in new home sales year-to-date over 2014.
Ave Maria’s robust sales pace was noted in two recent market studies by MetroStudy, a Hanley Wood company, with Ave Maria earning the top single-family sales spot for both first and second quarters in 2015 for Collier and Lee counties. “Value and lifestyle ring true with our home buyers,” states Cee Cee Marinelli, director of development for Ave Maria. “Many of our homes are priced below $100 per square foot and when you add in A-rated public schools in Collier County, outdoor recreation such as our water park, nature trails, and sport fields, along with the conveniences of daily living available in our Town Center, Ave Maria is an idyllic location to call home.”
The town of Ave Maria offers several styles of homes including single family residences with 2-6 bedrooms featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views. Amenities include an onsite waterpark, Panther Run Golf Club, tennis and bocce, Town Center shopping and dining, Publix grocery market, private schools and University, and sports fields and playgrounds. Seventeen model homes are open daily with over 35 floor plans to choose from and prices range from the high $100s to over $500s.
