LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (August 13, 2015) – Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, continued its solid sales performance in July with 92 home sales in Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Lee and Collier Counties.
This has been a record-breaking year for the prolific homebuilder with rapid expansion entering new markets and opening several new communities in Florida. The builder is on target to exceed 1,000 home sales for the year, an increase of more 25 percent over last year’s sales.

Grand Palm, Neal Communities’ award-winning master-planned community in Venice, Fla., led sales in July, with 21 new home sales. September will mark the third anniversary of the community’s grand opening. Other notable neighborhoods included Eagle Trace in Manatee County with eight sales, Reflection Lakes in Naples with seven sales and Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood and Watermark in Fort Myers with six sales each.
Also in July, Neal Communities marked the five-year anniversary of Central Park in Lakewood Ranch, a popular family-friendly community with only 29 homes remaining until it’s sold out.
