LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (June 4, 2015) – A record-breaking year continues for Neal Communities, southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, with 93 homes sold in May, including 12 sales at standout community Grand Palm in Venice and eight sales at the newly opened Indigo in Lakewood Ranch.
The company has continued plans for expansion throughout the remainder of the 2015.
“Indigo in Lakewood Ranch was our fifth grand opening for Neal Communities this year, with Waterset in Hillsborough County close behind, which is opening this weekend with a grand opening event,” said Michael Storey, president of the Lakewood Ranch-based firm. “Additionally our custom home division, Neal Signature Homes, has debuted four new neighborhoods in 2015, with several more to come. A robust real estate market, continued low interest rates and a diverse lineup of home choices continue to fuel our high demand for new homes in southwest Florida,” he said.
Other notable neighborhoods in May included Silverleaf in Parrish with nine sales and Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, Eagle Trace in Bradenton, and Forest Creek in Parrish, all with eight sales. The company’s award-winning and family-friendly neighborhood Central Park at Lakewood Ranch has just 40 homes left and only one home remains at Sugar Mill Lakes in Palmetto. Both communities are expected to sell out this year. Neal Signature Homes sold 11 homes in May.
