“Community of the Year” Introduces 39 New Home Sites
Richmond Hill, Ga. (May 14, 2015) – WaterWays Township, the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah’s Community of the Year for 2013 and 2014, is expanding its residential footprint by adding 39 new home sites to its popular RidgeWood Park neighborhood.
The 39 home sites, built within Phases III and IV of RidgeWood Park, will feature lake view, park, preserve and wooded lots. The addition of Phases III and IV will also expand the community’s amenity offerings for current and new WaterWays residents, including access to King Sale Lake, a five-acre attraction for activities like fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing or just relaxing at the water’s edge. This new area will also include the addition of a neighborhood park adjacent to King Sale Lake, while enjoying easy access to amenities like the RidgeWood Play Area, the Community Gardens, Trellis Park, WaterClub West, the Cottenham Nature Trail and more.
“The third expansion of our popular RidgeWood Park neighborhood is an exciting development milestone for WaterWays,” said Vance Askew – sales and marketing director, WaterWays Township. “We’ve definitely seen a positive response to the natural setting found within this neighborhood. Our featured builders are delivering charming homes of exceptional quality and value that families love. Whether their dream is a lake view home or the peace and quiet of a private backyard on a wooded preserve, our new release of RidgeWood Park homesites will provide desirable options for everyone.”
