March 4, 2015 – Ave Maria Development reports 34 new home sales contracts for the month of February including all community builders: CC Homes, Del Webb, and Pulte Homes— bringing the year-to-date total to 57 new home sales. The homes sales surge in Ave Maria has also been reflected by recent accolades, most notably being named a Top 50 Master Planned Community in the United States for 2014 and also a Top 55 Places to Retire.
The town of Ave Maria offers several styles of homes including single family residences with 2-6 bedrooms featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views. National Builder Pulte Homes builds single-family residences in both Emerson Park and Hampton Village, with prices from the high $100s. Seventeen model homes are open daily in the town.
