Local Community Sees Momentum Continuing Into the New Year
Richmond Hill, GA (Jan. 28, 2015) - WaterWays Township welcomed more new families and achieved more community milestones in 2014 than any other year since its inception.
In addition to selling a community record of 31 homes in 2014, the 2,300-acre master-planned community in South Bryan was voted “Community of the Year” by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah (HBAS) for its delivery of quality residential homes and home sites and for its respect and preservation of the land’s natural attributes.
WaterWays also added three new elements to the growing community, including, the Dream Finders Design Center Showcase Home, the Hawk Island Boat House, and its RidgeWood Trellis Park. For potential homebuyers, the Dream Finders Design Center Showcase Home provides visitors and real estate professionals with an opportunity to experience the impressive selection of design options available from Dream Finders Homes. Situated on the edge of Grand Lagoon, the Hawk Island Boat House provides covered storage for up to 30 single and double passenger kayaks and canoes and has two launching berths, providing residents with comfortable access to and from the water. Trellis Park, situated in the heart of RidgeWood Park, is an outdoor gathering place that invites residents to enjoy the low-country lifestyle with neighbors and friends.
WaterWays welcomed two new builders to the team in 2014. Bedford Falls Builders and Keller Enterprises joined C. Pickett Enterprises, Dream Finders Homes, Grant Homes, Inc., and Lewis-Bashlor Construction as featured builders within the community.
WaterWays was also paid a visit in 2014 by Bill Dance, one of America’s most respected fishing legends and a beloved television personality. Dance visited WaterWays Township to observe the progress on his Bill Dance Signature Lake and to consider various locations for the future filming of his show, “Bill Dance Outdoors.”
“We could not be more pleased with the momentum that WaterWays has gained in the past year,” said Vance Askew – marketing director, WaterWays Township. “Thanks to our committed team of development and real estate professionals, featured builders and construction lenders, it’s exciting to witness the favorable response we’re receiving from the marketplace. We like to say ‘when it’s built, it’s bought’ and that has definitely been our experience at WaterWays over the previous couple of years.”
