Naples, FL (January 12, 2015) Ave Maria Development reports a 25% increase in new home sales in 2014 vs. 2013. With over 225 sales contracts signed last year, the new hometown once again reaches a milestone marking the town’s highest real estate sales period to date.

The town of Ave Maria features five distinct neighborhoods— Del Webb, Emerson Park, Hampton Village, and Maple Ridge at Ave Maria. The fifth neighborhood, Residences at La Piazza sold out last year. Single family homes and condominiums are priced from the high-$100s with 14 model homes open daily.
