Naples, FL (Sept. 17, 2014) - In preparation for the introduction of new phases at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, Minto Communities is offering substantial purchase incentives on selected, move-in-ready coach homes in the community’s phase one. For a limited time only, buyers have the opportunity to take advantage of close out incentives of up to $30,000 on featured coach homes in phase one.
According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Because we have exceeded our high expectations for a successful introduction of The Isles of Collier Preserve, we are ahead of schedule in preparing to start new phases. We are offering these limited time phase one closeout incentives as we prepare to move forward on additional phases.”

Home designs at The Isles of Collier Preserve are inspired by the classic coastal architecture of Old Naples. A recognized leader in green construction, Minto offers a wide selection of innovative, energy-efficient home designs at The Isles of Collier Preserve.
Luxury single-family homes range in size from 2,016 square feet under air to 4,327 square feet under air, and are priced from the high $400s to $700s. One, two and three story luxury coach homes range in size from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air. Coach homes include two-car garages and private elevators, and are priced from the low-$400s to $600s.
Bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Naples Bay, The Isles of Collier Preserve has been meticulously planned by Minto to protect the spectacular lands and waterways that surround it, and to create a sustainable community that is in harmony with nature.
Minto developed The Isles of Collier Preserve using its own funding sources, electing not to utilize Community Development District (CDD) funds. “When a developer uses CDDs, the cost of infrastructure improvements is passed on to the residents. This fee shows up on the tax bill with average annual assessments ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 per year up to a maximum of 30 years. Minto didn’t want to burden our residents with this,” notes Bullock.
The Isles of Collier Preserve is located on U.S. 41/Tamiami Trail East, south of Thomasson Drive. Discovery Sales Center hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information on The Isles of Collier Preserve, call 888-693-4306 or visit mintofla.com.
