CC Devco Homes to build 200 single-family homes with prices from high $100s
Naples, FL (August 18, 2014) - CC Devco Homes announces the unveiling of its newest neighborhood in Ave Maria— Coquina at Maple Ridge, featuring five single-family floor plans priced from the high $100s. Taking its cue from the successful sister neighborhood, Maple Ridge at Ave Maria, Coquina will include two-story home designs ranging in size from 1,971 sq ft to 2,635 sq ft.
