Southport, SC (July 22, 2014) - The Town of St. James, in sunny southeastern North Carolina, celebrated a BIG birthday on July 1st — 15 wonderful years as a town!
To commemorate the occasion, St. James Plantation threw a “Founders Day” party that our residents (and their visiting family and friends) will never forget! And, we have the video to prove it…..St. James Founders Day Celebration
Family-friendly and fun activities included boat cruises, kids games, a family movie night, a youth fishing derby, a model boat regatta, birthday cake tasting, a big band concert in the park, a parade, a picnic (with a garage band!) and to top it all off…a fantastic fireworks display!
All of the festivities were an exciting sight to see! The entire Town of St. James NC…2300+ residents…coming together to “toast” the great place they call home.
