Naples, FL (July 18, 2014) - Minto Communities has announced that, in preparation for the introduction of new phases at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, substantial purchase incentives will be offered on remaining single-family and coach homes that are located in the community’s phase one.
For a limited time only, buyers will have the opportunity to take advantage of phase one close out incentives of up to $50,000 on single-family homes, and up to $30,000 on coach homes that are located in phase one.
According to Minto Vice President William Bullock, “We had a record-breaking response to the February 22 grand opening event held at The Isles of Collier Preserve, and activity has been steady every day since. Because we have exceeded our high expectations for a successful introduction of this magnificent new community, we are ahead of schedule in preparing to start new phases. We are offering these limited time incentives in order to move forward on additional phases.”
The Periwinkle single-family home is the featured home in the incentive program. It will be completed and move-in ready in August. The Periwinkle is located on homesite 60 in phase one. It includes 2,413 square feet under air with two bedrooms, three baths, oversized spa, den with wet bar, unique guest casita that opens to the spa, and has its own, private entrance, and two-car garage. It is priced at $667,000 minus the $50,000 incentive credit.
Home designs at The Isles of Collier Preserve are inspired by the classic coastal architecture of Old Naples. A recognized leader in green construction, Minto offers a wide selection of innovative, energy-efficient home designs at The Isles of Collier Preserve. Luxury single-family homes range in size from 2,016 square feet under air to 4,327 square feet under air, and are priced from the high $400s to $700s. One, two and three story luxury coach homes range in size from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air. Coach homes include two-car garages and private elevators, and are priced from the low-$400s to $600s.
Bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Naples Bay, The Isles of Collier Preserve has been meticulously planned by Minto to protect the spectacular lands and waterways that surround it, and to create a sustainable community that is in harmony with nature.
Minto developed The Isles of Collier Preserve using its own funding sources, electing not to utilize Community Development District (CDD) funds. “When a developer uses CDDs, the cost of infrastructure improvements is passed on to the residents. This fee shows up on the tax bill with average annual assessments ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 per year up to a maximum of 30 years. Minto didn’t want to burden our residents with this,” notes Bullock.
The Isles of Collier Preserve is located on U.S. 41/Tamiami Trail East, south of Thomasson Drive. Discovery Sales Center hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information on The Isles of Collier Preserve, call 888-693-4306 or visit mintofla.com.
