Brevard, NC (May 16, 2014) - Connestee Falls Homes Tour - 5500 Greenville Hwy in Brevard is rolling out the red carpet this spring for Western North Carolina’s biggest Tour of Homes. Go behind the gates for a community-wide open house featuring 13 homes, tours of the Overlook Clubhouse, door prizes and refreshments.
Everyone is invited to see some of the best homes in the area’s premier private master planned community May 31st from Noon to 4pm. The tour covers a wide range of styles and floor plans with homes priced from $125,000 to over $500,000. It’s a great opportunity to tour the community in a free event open to the public. Spring Tour of Homes Preview
The Tour of Homes begins at the Connestee Falls Information Center located at 5500 Greenville Highway, which is approximately 6 miles south of downtown Brevard on the right just before the entrance to Connestee Fall’s main gate. A gate pass to the community and tour map with directions to the homes will be provided at the Center. Visit all the homes to get an idea of what life can be in this 3,800 acre mountain community. Then stop by the Overlook Clubhouse for tours, complimentary refreshments and door prizes. The club team will be on hand to answer questions about membership opportunities.
