The Cliffs - Lake Region
The Cliffs Lake Region is a collection of three distinct private, gated residential golf communities: The Cliffs at Keowee Springs, The Cliffs at Keowee Falls, and The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards – all situated along the shores of Lake Keowee, an 18,500-acre lake nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Keowee Springs
Situated on 1,600 acres along the shores of Lake Keowee, Keowee Springs offers boating and waterskiing, water fun at the Beach Club, kayaks and paddleboards at the Lake Club, hiking alongside streams and waterfalls, pickleball courts, sportsman trail, disc golf course, and scenic spots to enjoy the view. Home to one of Tom Fazio’s most versatile designs, the Keowee Springs course features a distinctive layout of three sets of six holes as well as the incorporation of family tees to provide the flexibility for families to play together without committing to all 18 holes. The new Keowee Springs Clubhouse, designed by renowned architect Hart Howertown, overlooks the 18th hole and provides stunning views from multiple vantage points. The interconnected pavilions and breezeways marry dining, bar areas, the golf shop, and the wellness center exquisitely.
Keowee Falls
With 20 miles of shoreline along Lake Keowee and situated on 2,500 acres, Keowee Falls features a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, honored by Golfweek as one of the “Best New Golf Courses.” The Keowee Falls Clubhouse offers views of the course featuring rolling, mountainous terrain in a core golf setting. Other amenities include a newly expanded wellness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a nature trail system for hiking and biking.
Keowee Vineyards
Named for the vineyards of native muscadine grapes that wind through the community, Keowee Vineyards blends dazzling mountain vistas with exhilarating lakeside living. Rated by Golf Digest as one of the country’s top private courses, the Tom Fazio-designed golf course lies at an intersection of nature between Lake Keowee’s aquamarine waters, the Jocassee Wilderness area, and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
