No initiation fees, special assessments, or food and beverage minimums.

• POA Dues- Monthly dues are $163.23 per lot, which covers common area maintenance and improvements.

• Amenity Fees- Choose from an 'a la carte' menu of amenities offering unlimited memberships or daily rates.

Golf

Enjoy year-round play on two award-winning 18-hole golf courses carved from the rolling landscape bordering Lake Thurmond. Both clubhouses contain full-service pro shops. These unique courses offer stunning views of Lake Thurmond and the surrounding National Forest land.

Recreation

With a moderate climate of four distinct seasons, biking, kayaking, hiking, boating, tennis, hunting, fishing, and golfing are year-round sports. Seasonal recreation is focused around water activities with community docks making it easy for residents to enjoy boating, water skiing, swimming, and jet skiing. Neighboring state parks, protected national forests, and the Little River Blueway Outdoor Adventure Area offer more than 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, along with 53 miles of canoe and kayak trails.

Recreation Center

Our 23,000-square-foot Recreation Complex is the perfect place to boost your energy and relax your mind. Our spacious fitness center offers free weights, strength-training machines and cardio equipment for your personal fitness goals. Enjoy unlimited fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, dance, martial arts, and more. The recreation center also features indoor and outdoor pools, bowling alley, auditorium, game rooms, bocce courts, horseshoes, table tennis, grill areas, Village Cafe, and event and party spaces.

Community Clubs

Members of the community enjoy a rich social calendar with abundant informal gatherings as well as structured events. With over 60 social clubs there is something for everyone.

Restaurants

The River Grille and Monti's are two full-service restaurants in the private clubhouses that offer appetizing menus and regular social events. The Pub at Tara offers a vintage British pub setting for after-golf fun. The Village Café, located inside the recreation complex, serves healthy snacks and light fare.

Tennis & Pickleball

From structured events to casual play, the lighted clay and hard surface courts at the SLV tennis center provide a great experience for all skill levels. The community offer (4) Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and (6) dedicated pickleball courts.

Hickory Knob State Resort Park

Bordering Savannah Lakes Village and offering comfortable lakefront accommodations, Hickory Knob also features an on-site restaurant, outdoor pool, tennis courts, public 18-hole golf course, and several hiking and biking trails.

Lake Thurmond

Lake Thurmond is a 70,000-acre reservoir separating Georgia and South Carolina. It is over 60 miles long, 120 feet deep, has 1,200 miles of shoreline and is rated one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country! Over 75% of the surrounding land is undeveloped- mostly consisting of wildlife sanctuaries, the Sumter National Forest, the Little River Blueway region, and state parks. There are no watercraft restrictions, making it popular for boating and recreation.

On-Site Medical Services

Located within the community are Savannah Lakes Medical Center and Outpatient Rehab Facility, Savannah Lakes Family Medicine, and McCormick Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Savannah Lakes Village also has two fire departments on campus with a first responder medical team.
