*Offer limited to 1 stay per qualifying household of no more than 4 participants per year (with a maximum of 2 total stays per household). A stay is defined as an overnight hotel booking in the immediate vicinity of the community of 1-2 nights. Participants will have access to the community during the booking. At least 1 person in the participating household must be 55+ years of age to participate and all participants must be 18 years of age or older. Any activities and promotional items included in program are provided and conducted on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and are subject to change without notice. All participants are subject to the same rules, regulations, releases of liability and limitations as residents of the community in relation to the use of facilities and participation in activities within the community. Rights to participate in the program may be immediately terminated without refund of any kind if a participant or member of its household violates any applicable rules and regulations or causes any disruption in the use and enjoyment of any occupants of the community. Current residents and anyone under contract to purchase a home in Amblebrook are prohibited from participating in the program. Any gift cards provided are subject to the rules of the business that issued the gift card. Hotel bookings must be made by participant and are subject to availability and hotel policies. Program participants are solely responsible for paying all of their costs related to a stay, including transportation, food and hotel costs, and no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, related to the said costs or any aspect of the program or participation in the program is being provided. The participants are participating in the program and community activities at their sole risk and waive all liability of any party affiliated with the community, including the organizer of the program, and the developer and associations affiliated with the community. The program may be modified or terminated at any time without notice and is void in any jurisdiction in which this program or any promotion for this program is prohibited.
