    The Panther Run Golf Club at Del Webb Naples offers an 18-hole championship course and an expansive practice facility with five practice greens, two practice sand bunkers and an aqua driving range. Plus, dining at The Rusty Putter. The National Golf & Country Club at Ave Maria features an 18-hole championship course with a challenging layout designed to test golfers of all skill levels. The golf course is complemented with a chipping area, aqua driving range, putting green and a pro shop.

    In addition to the Ave Maria town amenities available to all residents including the Ave Maria Fitness Center, distinct neighborhoods also give residents of that neighborhood access to their clubhouses. Del Webb Naples residents have exclusive access to The Club at Del Webb Naples Amenity Campus which includes the Oasis Club, featuring 12,000 square feet of social and recreational facilities, in addition to the Grand Hall, a 14,000 square foot amenity and social space with a catering kitchen, a veranda, several card and game rooms, and golf simulator.     With Naples, Bonita Springs and the Florida Gulf Coast less than an hour from home, Ave Maria residents can enjoy southwest Florida's beautiful beaches, boating and fishing, museums, performing arts venues and cultural events. The community is about an hour from downtown Fort Myers, two hours from Miami Beach and three hours from Orlando. Also near Ave Maria is the Big Corkscrew Island Park and Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary.

    Walk-in clinic with urgent care services, Ave Maria Dentistry, Cadenza Medical Clinic, Ave Hearing, Chiropractor, Ave Maria Optical, and Dialysis Center are available within the community. Other medical services are available at four Naples-area hospitals located about 25 to 30 miles from Ave Maria, including two campuses each of the Physicians Regional Medical Center and NCH Healthcare System. And now with a NCH North East location.

  • Schools

    The Rhodora J. Donahue Academy for grades K-12 and Ave Maria University are located within the community. Ave Maria residents attending Collier County Public Schools are zoned for Estates Elementary School, Corkscrew Middle School and Palmetto Ridge High School, all located about 15 minutes from the Town Center.

    Ave Maria is about 45 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport and 35 miles from Naples Municipal Airport (charters and general aviation only).
