Eastman Golf Links is a public course with a variety of affordable membership options, including discounted rates for Eastman property owners. Golf club membership is optional.
Golf

An 18-hole championship golf course winds through rolling hills and woodlands with exceptional views throughout. The facility provides a fully-equipped pro shop, a driving range and practice area, and a complete program of lessons and clinics for all ages.
Clubhouse

The Center at Eastman houses an acclaimed full-service restaurant, a golf pro shop and a seasonal cross-country ski and snowshoe center. Residents also have access to the lively South Cove Activity Center featuring meeting and activity rooms, a snack bar, a picnic pavilion and various recreational facilities for the community.
Fitness

The South Cove Activity Center features a community fitness center and a handicap-accessible three-lane lap pool, with swimming lessons available. In season, Eastman Lake is also good for swimming, with six private sandy beaches.
Recreation

The community provides summer youth programs for ages 4-14, a game and TV room, 37 kilometers of nature trails, a baseball field, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a community flower and vegetable garden. Eastman residents participate in a wide range of community activities, such as instrumental groups, evening lectures, painting and crafts, book discussions, wine tastings, group hikes and much more.
Racquet Sports
Eastman offers eight Har-Tru soft courts plus two hard courts that are also used for Pickleball. An active program of lessons, clinics, tournaments and league play for all ages.
Boating and Fishing
Residents have direct access to recreational boating and fishing on 345-acre Eastman Lake. The lake has three small islands, abundant bird populations and a 10 mph speed limit, ideal for canoes, kayaks or small sailboats. Boat rentals, slips and small boat storage are available.
Skiing and Snow Sports
The Eastman Nordic Center offers more than 37K of groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, plus a groomed sledding hill and lighted ice-skating rink. Cross-country lessons are available, along with ski, skate and snowshoe sales and rentals.
Location
Eastman is located in the Upper Valley of the Connecticut River in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region- minutes from Lake Sunapee, New London, Lebanon and Hanover. The property is just off Interstate 89 about two hours from Boston, Burlington and the coast of Maine. The region is a picture perfect, rural, New England landscape of inns, general stores and clock-tower churches.

Eastman is surrounded by miles of scenic New England countryside, with cultural, educational and entertainment venues located in the nearby towns of Hanover and New London.
